研究工作简介:
长期从事生化分析,采用毛细管电泳、微流控芯片电化学及电化学发光检测技术进行单细胞的研究及单细胞胞内组分的测定工作,主持山东省自然科学基金一项,参与国家“863”、国家“973”、国家仪器专项项目、国家自然科学基金、山东省自然科学基金等项目,发表研究论文10余篇,参与编写译著《电化学与生物传感器及在生物医学中的应用》(化学工业出版社,2009)。
目前工作主要集中在:(1)采用微流控芯片电化学及电化学发光技术进行高通量单细胞胞内组分的测定。设计了集单细胞进样、溶膜、检测为一体的微流控芯片,组装了适用于微流控芯片上进行单细胞检测的电化学发光检测电极,检测人白血病细胞内谷胱甘肽的含量,研究癌细胞胞内组分含量与癌症早期诊断的关系。(2)采用毛细管电泳电化学及电化学发光检测进行单细胞胞内组分的高通量测定,设计了电化学发光检测池,以大鼠腹腔肥大细胞及大鼠肝细胞为样品,建立检测单细胞胞内组分含量的方法,并将此方法拓展到疾病早期诊断领域。
