个人简历
2007年博士毕业于中山大学，获理学博士学位。青岛科技大学课程思政教学名师，《结构化学》山东省一流本科课程负责人，青岛科技大学智慧课程、课程思政示范课程负责人。主持教育部供需对接就业育人项目1项，山东省本科教学研究项目1项，山东省化学教指委教学研究重点项目1项，青岛科技大学本科教学改革项目4项；获青岛科技大学优秀教学效果奖一等奖、本科教学成果奖二等奖、教师教学创新大赛二等奖。参编《物理化学》教材，获中国石油与化学工业优秀教材奖一等奖、山东省一流教材、中国化工教育协会十四五规划教材立项。
长期从事稀土发光材料与纳米材料研究。作为项目负责人，主持山东省自然科学基金1项，国家重点实验室开放基金1项，青岛科技大学引进人才科研启动基金1项。在Microchimica Acta, Dyes and Pigments, Journal of Rare Earths, Journal of Alloys and Compounds等国内外重要学术期刊上发表科研论文50余篇，授权国家发明专利5项，获山东省高等学校科学技术奖三等奖。
