何鹏，女，1979年9月生，博士，讲师。2014年毕业于青岛科技大学获博士学位。主要研究方向：肿瘤标志物的光电化学传感分析方法研究。作为项目负责人主持国家自然科学基金1项，山东省高校科技计划项目1项，横向合作课题2项；参与国家自然科学基金、省市基金合作研究多项。近五年以第一作者在《Chem. Commun.》、《Chem.-Euro.J.》等SCI源刊发表论文4篇，其中影响因子5.0以上的3篇；所发表的论文被SCI论文引用35次。2015年10月获山东高等学校优秀科研成果奖一等奖1项。申请专利2项。
